BRIEF HISTORY
Oasis of His Presence International Church is a Charismatic/Pentecostal Christian Ministry Outfit
with the main aim of reaching out to the world with the good news of Jesus Christ.
Our Ministry started from a very
humble begining on a Sunday, the 17th of January 1999, by our Senior Pastor Basil
and the wife Mrs.Eby Ukaere in their sitting room somewhere in the new city center of Guangzhou, China.
On this above date we started worshipping together and praying for open doors in our ministry
and business. Some weeks later, two friends joined us from far away home Nigeria; we lived together
worshipping and fellowshipping every Sunday morning. From this time on, we started inviting many
other people who joined us in our meetings, and the Lord miraculously added to our numbers continually.
In February 2000, we relocated to a bigger accommodation at a nearby five star hotel prior to this
we have had a thorny path through the valleys to progress from one location to the other, before God blessed
us with our new place of worship.
As we began to organize indoor revival and teaching programs again, the Lord started
adding to His
church as many as were being saved. On the 30th of March 2003 we finally moved into a bigger place of worship.
(Kingdom Palace Chapel) a 330 sq meters auditorium well furnished and equipped to afford a
comfortable atmosphere for spiritual worship. As the Lord blessses us and was adding to our
numerical strength, the need for a larger auditorium arises which prompted us to relocate again to
our most recent place of worship, a comfortable environment fully equiped to highest international standard
and suitable for spiritual worship and was offically opened on the 3rd of September 2006 at:

THE VISION THAT GAVE BIRTH TO OUR NAME
One early morning in the month of April 1999, inside our bedroom, after my wife and I had been through with our morning devotion, I was still weak and tried to sleep off again, and then suddenly I burst into a vision. In that vision, I saw myself in a desert, leading a very large group of people. In this desert, the scorching and terrible heat of the sun sapped every one¡¯s energy and strength.
The worst thing was that not even a drop of water, could be found anywhere to quench our thirst. The situation degenerated and the whole people raised their voice and wept bitterly to me. I was looking at every nook and cranny for water. Suddenly, I saw water dropping from a tap nearby; my countenance brightened, but as I took an empty bucket and put it down to fetch water the drops ceased entirely. Immediately the people cried the more.
In my desperate determination to find water, I looked over to the other side of the desert, which I believed to be more promising, but my barrier was how to cross to that other side. It was then, I saw a plank of dried wood in front of me: so I decided to practice long jump, I moved back ward, then I ran towards the plank of wood, as I hit upon it with my left leg to jump to the other side, it jolted me as if it was floating on water. As I struggled to regain balance,
I jumped aside, bent down and lifted the plank of wood, lo and behold it was floating on water from two beautiful springs rushing out from the ground right in the same desert and barren land but was covered from our eyes by a plank of wood. I shouted to the people, ¡° I have seen water, I have seen water!¡± all the people rushed and stood by my side looking at the water springs as I began to sing and to widen and deepen them with my hands.
The first song I raised was ¡°I have a very big God who is always by my side¡±. As I was singing this song and expanding the water, I looked up and saw this people looking dejected, pale and unexcited. So I said to them, ¡° Any one who refuses to join me in this song will never drink from this Oasis¡±. Immediately their countenances changed and there was an outburst of praise and worship right there in the desert as they all joined to sing. As I changed to the next song, ¡°Almighty God hallowed be thy name¡±. ¡°Almighty God hallowed be thy name¡±. I woke up and picked up my pen to write down the vision.
VISION INTERPRETED
The spirit of the Lord said ¡°Son where you are is a spiritual and economic desert¡±
then he took me to Isaiah 43:19b ¨C21 that says ¡°I will even make a way in the wilderness
and rivers in the desert. The beast of the field shall honour me, the dragons and the owl:
because I give waters in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert, to give drink to my
people, my chosen. This people have I formed for myself; they shall show forth my praise.¡±

If you look closely at vs 20, all the animals mentioned there
represent devourers and satanic agents but the spirit of the Lord says ¡°son, they
will have no choice than to bow down and honour me when I begin to provide waters
in the wilderness and rivers in the desert place to supply abundance of wealth and
prosperity to my chosen generation, and this abundance, is in three dimensions, spiritual,
physical and economic.¡± (3John verse 2.)
The spirit of the Lord said, ¡°son I am going to raise among my people,
economic power houses in your ministry out of their wilderness and desert places,
who will lay down their containers of oil at the alter for refueling and lubricating
the end time gospel machinery¡±. ¡°I am going to make you a financial umbrella that will
cover many and you are going to teach my people what prophetic business is all about¡±.
