Topic: SEEKING FIRST THE KINGDOM OF GOD &HIS RIGHTEOUSNESS III

TEXTS: MATTHEW 6:19-21

Memory Verse: "But seek ye first the Kingdom of God, and His righteaousness; and all these things shall be added unto you Matt 6:33(KJV)"

INTRODUCTION:
The Bible tells us that God is able to do exceeding abundantly above all we ask or think… Eph 3:20.But we have to realize that though God is the giver of all good and perfect gifts; He, His kingdom and His righteousness are more important than the gifts themselves.

He Judges the intents of everyone’s heart, and so He looks at our priority when seeking, to know where we place Him in our lives. If our priorities are right before Him, He will not just meet them abundantly, but He will exceed the level of abundance in their supply where by our lives will now become a channel of overflowing blessings to others.

Let us look at some examples of people who sought first God’s kingdom and His righteousness and see how “all these things” were added unto them.

CONCLUSION:
We are to seek first the face of God and not His hands because the moment we see His face, He will give us His hands. The giver is more important than the gift. If you seek to please the giver, He will release the gifts (all these things) to you.
